Will air get in the rear brake lines when I take the front brake lines off the calipers?
I'm changing all four calipers. I did the rear already but I'm wondering, can I bleed the rear brakes, put everything together, change the front calipers and bleed the front brakes and be good to go? Or will air get in all the lines (including rear) when I remove the front brake line from the caliper?

Yes it is possable, the type of vehicle you drive and the year and make ETC. make a difference. Some front wheel drive cars have cross braking systems. This is were the R front and L rear are one side of the master cylander and the L front and R rear are the other side. NEVER EVER clamp a rubber brake line this can damage them internally.
